Police and Crime Commissioner's Board Meeting

The Police and Crime Commissioner, Hardyal Dhindsa, is set to review the progress being made in Derbyshire to support some of the most vulnerable in our communities.

His Strategic Priorities Assurance Board meets on Monday 15 July, when the Commissioner will consider the work of the police, partners and his own Office in supporting those with mental health needs, one of his Strategic Priorities.

On the same agenda is an update report on the Victim Triage Unit, introduced and funded jointly by the Commissioner and Chief Constable in February this year.

Other items on the agenda include end of year financial reports on the police budget, a close look at independent custody visitor feedback, the force's delivery plan and use of the Community Trigger.

The meeting will take place at Force Headquarters (Butterley Hall, Ripley, Derbyshire, DE5 3RS) at 2pm on Monday 15 July and will begin with 30 minutes of public questions.

Questions can be asked in person at the meeting or submitted via www.slido.com (code #SPA197), or sent via email to the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner (pccoffice@derbyshire.pnn.police.uk). All questions will be answered either at the meeting or shortly afterwards if the information needed is not at hand.

Members of the public are welcome to observe the full meeting but may not take part once the question period has closed.

The full agenda is available online at the Police and Crime Commissioner's website.
