The Derbyshire Recovery and Peer Support Service offer an Emotional Support Helpline to ANYBODY who feels they would benefit from having someone to talk to about things they might be having difficulty with. You can call the helpline on 01773 734989 and press option 2.
The helpline is open 9 – 7 Monday to Friday and 9 – 5 Saturday and Sunday.

Monday 10 May 2021 marked the launch of Mental Health Awareness Week, the UK's national week to raise awareness of mental health.
The week, which is hosted by the Mental Health Foundation, is in its 21st year and runs from 10-16 May.
A range of mental health and wellbeing information and links to help and support can be found on Derbyshire County Council's website.

As you may already be aware pharmacies across the country can help anyone who is suffering from domestic abuse. If a pharmacy has an Ask for ANI poster on display and you are suffering from abuse, you can ask for immediate help and support by using the 'Ask for ANI' codeword.

These are from local residents who while on their regular walks want to pick up litter and help keep their environment clean.
